All of the terms listed below have the goal to protect me as an artist, before working with me, you´ll have to read this document and agree with them, if you break any of these rules you will be automatically blacklisted, and if needed, you will have a callout. If you have any questions, please reach me out!

GEneral t.o.s

♡ I only work through Paypal invoices, kofi and bizum (spanish clients)♡ I only work with people +16♡ I won´t start any work until the payment is sent, which means, I don´t do sketches before payment.♡ I´ll need a reference pic of the character with no shading and where I can see the details of the oc, I won´t work with descriptions or bad quality pics. (Doesn´t include custom designs)♡ All of my prices are in EUR €.♡ I don't work chronologically.♡ Smaller commissions like ychs or icons are finished faster than others.♡ I don't give refunds.♡ I don´t work with deadlines shorter than a month.♡ My rush fees start at 15€.♡ I always offer wips and general updates of your commissions, you are free to ask about your commission any time♡ I can take from 2 weeks to 5 months on your commission as I am not a full time artist.♡ I only draw furries or ponies, I am not able to do human art correctly, but I can draw any species, but I can include a complex species fee, feel free to ask me about this.♡ All the prices listed below are my base prices, which means that depending of what are you looking for the price may increase, I will always state the reasons I charge more for something (which can include shading, complex species/design, between others)♡ I have no problem editing your commissions, but if the changes are drastic or you start requesting to change lots of stuff, I will start adding fees.♡ Regarding the previous rule, I am okay with redrawing the sketch ONCE, if you request a third sketch, you will have a fee depending on what you are getting.♡ Including an extra character will double the price of the commission.♡ Payment plans for commissions over 200€ may be discussed♡ I DO draw NSFW, it has a fee of +20€, price increases depending on what you want, feel free to ask!♡ Regarding the NSFW commissions, I'll ask for a goverment ID, you obviously need to be +18♡ I won't draw gore, fetish, politic related imagery, controversial artwork or offensive stuff.♡ A version without background will cost an extra 5€.♡ If you want something that's not listed here, please dm me.

After you commission

♡ I have the right to use your commission as a public post and as a commission example. If for some reason you don't want me to tag you on the post, please let me know and I´ll refer to you as anonymous.♡ If you´re gonna repost your commission, use it as a pfp, upload it to toyhouse, etc, please credit me.
